Life Fit opened its doors in 2000 as the first Life Fit gym in Amsterdam and the 20 Life Fit gym worldwide (there are now more than 10K). We pride ourselves on our exceptionally trained and experienced staff who can help you get fit for life in a safe and supportive environment. Life Fit is not just a place to get a good workout – it’s a diverse community that welcomes everybody!
We started a tradition when our doors first opened in 2000 of doing introductions at the beginning of each class – a tradition which has been adopted by Life Fit gyms all over the country. Our belief is that while Life Fit isn’t for everyone, anyone can do Life Fit.
